First the conservatory My name is Ninia Lazaar. I grew up in Tbilisi, Georgia, and started performing as a soloist with orchestras at the age of six. In 1987, I began my studies at the Tbilisi State Conservatory, where I received lessons from international grandmasters and won several prizes. In addition to a busy international career, I am a certified violin teacher and regularly give masterclasses. I am also active as an examiner. Concerts and violin lessons During my conservatory studies, I specialized in violin methodology, focused on both young talent and advanced students. As a professional musician, I perform with ensembles and orchestras. In addition to my love of classical music, I have a passion for Argentinian tango (such as Astor Piazzolla), world music, and baroque music. I consider the violin an “independent” instrument: you must build a relationship with it and fall in love with it. For me, music is a mirror of the heart and soul. Do you also have a passion for music? Then I warmly invite you to play the violin together!
